At 1999 By Divya, we pack every order carefully and do our best to get it to you safely. However, delivery timelines may vary during launches, promotions, peak periods, or courier delays.
SHIPPING
We currently ship to Singapore, Australia, and Malaysia.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
All orders include tracking unless otherwise stated.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Singapore: 3-5 business days after dispatch
Australia: 5–15 business days after dispatch
Malaysia: 3–10 business days after dispatch
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
As customs regulations vary between countries, we are unable to predict or control any additional charges that may be incurred.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, any return shipping costs or associated fees will be deducted from any eligible store credit or refund where applicable.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout. 1999 By Divya is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the parcel, any additional shipping costs required to resend the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
LOST, DELAYED, DAMAGED PARCELS
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier.
While delays or unforeseen issues may occasionally occur during transit, we will always assist in communicating with the courier and lodging investigations where possible.
If you experience any delivery issues, we recommend contacting the courier first using your tracking information, as they will often be able to provide the most up-to-date delivery status.
