Refund policy
Thank you for supporting 1999. We understand that things happen when ordering and have therefore come up with a clear policy to guide refunds, cancellations, and store credit for your convenience.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing selection
- Delayed deliveries caused by couriers
- Incorrect item ordered by customer
- Incorrect address filled in by customer at the time of order
All purchases are final sale unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, where applicable consumer protection laws will apply.
STORE CREDIT RETURNS
Eligible full-priced items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- Free from stains, scents, marks, or signs of wear
- Store credit will be issued after inspection and approval.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- Store credit applies to item value only
- Sale, discounted, promotional, and clearance items are strictly final sale
SINGAPORE EXCHANGES
We offer a one-time exchange per item for the same design and colour, subject to availability.
Customers may choose:
- A free self-arranged return and exchange option, or
- A paid courier exchange service arranged by us
If the requested exchange size is unavailable, a store credit equivalent to the amount paid for the returned item, excluding shipping, will be issued. This store credit does not expire and may be used on any future purchase.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
Customers in Australia and Malaysia are eligible for a one-time exchange per item for the same design and colour, subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for:
- The cost of returning the item to us.
- The shipping cost to send the replacement item back to you.
Exchange shipping fees will be advised before the replacement item is dispatched.
If the requested exchange size is unavailable, a store credit equivalent to the amount paid for the returned item, excluding the original shipping fee, will be issued. Store credit does not expire and may be used on any future purchase.
HOW TO START A RETURNS OR EXCHANGE
Please complete our Returns & Exchanges Form to begin the process.
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with the next steps. Please wait for approval before sending any items back to us.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item at hello@1999bydivya.store.
Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
Once reviewed, we will provide a resolution which may include replacement, store credit, or refund where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse will not be considered faulty.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders begin processing quickly after purchase, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is placed.
